Refund Policy


CANCELLATIONS


Orders can't be altered or canceled after they have been submitted. Please make sure all your information is correct before completing the order. 


We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our Terms of Service. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping info, we'll attempt to contact you. The order will be canceled if we don't hear back from you within 3 business days.


RETURNS


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Incomplete or used products are subject to a partial refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please see below for further details and instructions


If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us instead prior to initiating the return process. 


To return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a response and an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail it to the following address

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Since we are not the shipping courier, we cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item if the return is shipped without tracking information.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.


MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.



EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.


GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
