Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You have several options for shipping speed which you will find in the table below. Please note that below are prices only for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories: we can ship to but may require an additional fee.
Shipping is free for any orders over $50 prior to tax.
Instore pickup is currently unavailable at this time.
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico. We are doing our best to make Diamond merchandise available in other countries as well. You may find rates in the table below.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Diamond is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
